OHAN GOVERNANCE
OHAN’s affairs are governed by a Board of Directors. Directors are elected by the members for two-year terms and may be any individuals from the OHAN community-at-large as defined in the By-Laws.
OHAN's management and operations are performed by its officers which comprise a President, Vice-President, Secretary, and Treasurer. All officers are elected by the directors for one-year terms and must be directors themselves at the time of nomination or appointment or during the year in which they serve.
OHAN's governing rules and procedures are all defined in its By-Laws. These By-Laws may be amended from time to time by a majority vote of a quorum of the Members.
