OHAN membership meetings are held monthly to act on issues important to Oak Hill residents.  These meetings are tentatively scheduled for the 2nd Wednesday of each month and usually run from 7:00-9:00 pm.   The default location is the ACC Pinnacle tower, 10th floor meeting room 1012 but actual locations vary according to availability.  Meeting notices are emailed, telephoned, or mailed to the member representatives at least 48 hours in advance as well as posted on this web site.

To have a valid meeting during which official business and/or policies may be discussed, voted, or adopted, a quorum of registered member representatives or alternates in good standing must be present as defined in the By-Laws.  If a quorum exists, then any present Member in good standing may cast a vote on any issue.
